Twenty years from now will people bother getting married at all? What reasons will there be?
Life will be a lot different in 20 years and beliefs will change, like they have throughout all of the years. Marriage is something that people question a lot of times. I personally believe that people will be getting married and want to get married 20 years from now. There will be some people that will not want to get married, but I believe that most people will want to get married. Love is the main reason. Marriage is something that connects two people for the rest of their lives, and when married you as a spouse are able to do more things and are allowed to have the information about your spouse in important times. As of now, not every state allows gay couples to get married. I believe that in 20 years every state will allow gay marriage. People will finally realize that they are people too and their love should be no different than everyone else’s. I feel like in 20 years life as in marriage life will be not much different, but I do also believe that there will be more positives to marriage than there is now. There will be many couples that do not believe in marriage, and everyone should let them be. I believe it is a personal choice and that everyone can do what they want and be perfectly fine with it. Marriage to me is something that I for sure believe in. When I get older I want to get married, but I will respect whatever happens in the future.
